Nicole won the B heat “9th place” of the 400 IM tonight (for those not familiar with this, it’s like the decathlon of swimming, 100 yds of each stroke, it’s brutal!). She set a MAC and school record and is so far the top mid major finisher in the entirety of the championships.

Congrats to Nicole! Women’s swimming used to be so great. I hope this is a sign of things to come.
