Yipsilnati? Really? Not sure where that is. I’ve been to many bball games at EMU, which is located in Ypsilanti.

Donate $300 after tonight’s win and you will be forgiven.

The arena should be named in honor of someone who has given his life to Miami basketball. No one in our history has served Miami any longer or with more dignity than he has. A player. A coach. An administrator. A lifelong fan. A great Miamian.

The new arena should be named Hedric Hall in honor of Coach Darrell Hedric. A great Miamian who deserves this honor bestowed on him.

New Yorker disrespects shitty flyover cities. Nothing new here.

I’m good for the $300 and I’ll expect you to join me!

I hate to ruin your expectations, but the absolute last thing I will do today is donate anything because you have directed me to do so. My donations are between me, my MU buddies, and Miami bball. And I may be very motivated to make yet another donation today for 30 wins, but not b/c you are brow beating me and others to do so.

I have been making donations for over fifty (50) years. Have you? If not, why not? Not born? In that case, don’t ask me again.

Lucky for me, you, and the Field of 68 your buddies are all committed to donate $300 after we hit 30-0 tonight. Well, they were drooling when I asked, so I assumed that equates to agreement.

Does this count as asking you again? Oh well. Don’t be cheap!

@1809er This isn’t me asking, it’s David Sayler.

Relevent news on arena naming rights:

UB and Broadview Federal Credit Union have announced a long-term, multi-tiered partnership that includes naming rights for the Bulls’ football stadium, basketball arena and an “athletics village,” as well as funding for student scholarships and UB’s student emergency fund.

The landmark agreement, valued at $31.75 million over 15 years and approved by both the UB Council and SUNY Board of Trustees, is the largest in the Mid-American Conference (MAC). It is also among the first such agreements nationwide to involve a stadium, an arena, philanthropy and an alumni association partnership.

The 20/20? Wasn’t there a bike race at Cook?

The MUSF 20-20. I was the alternate for my roomie’s team one year and rode in qualifying. Fun experience.

20/20 yes a cycling race. They used to surround Cook Field with Greyhound-type buses to “block” the view of non paying spectators (I assume), but that didn’t stop us on the 3rd floor of Reid Hall from watching out our windows.

P&G could afford to have me killed. Not sure either would be a good business decision
