I enjoyed watching the equipment manager throw to snoop. I was hoping it was Pat! Spiral looked correct on tv.

If Gabbert hit on those early TD passes and we didn’t turn the ball over, we could’ve named the score on these guys. It actually should’ve been a wider margin. On CSU’s 3rd quarter TD, the 2nd down catch was not a catch, the receiver totally needed the ground to make that diving catch.
The seniors deserved to go out this way for everything they’ve done for the program. I’m really happy for them.
Of all the bowls to be in, with the Snoop attachment, this is clearly the best of the MAC tie-ins. I wonder how quickly this bowl gets elevated, especially given Snoop’s popularity. 2 quarters in the booth, and he was way better of a listen than the actual game crew. Just a great day all around for the program.
I think it’s safe to say we own Colorado St. 3 wins in 3 different decades by at least 3 scores.
Lastly, the young guys that played, especially on defense, looked promising.

This was by far the silliest and most fun bowl game I’ve watched in a while! Started out as a snoozer, but it was great after the first TD!
I’ve been down on CFB since NIL made its prominence, but games like these make me realize why CFB will always be my favorite sport to watch. I think that, as we morph into an EPL or LIV type approach to the haves vs. the have nots, we will see more games like this – the non-big-wigs taking on the other non-big-wigs. And it will be way more fun for Miami!

That game was awesome. The whole experience was awesome. It was surreal (as Alex pointed out the trophy presentation was straight out of a fever dream) in all of the right ways.
Damn, Kevin Davis, what a time to have the game of your life. I never thought Austin Boucher’s moment with Danica Patrick could be topped for best Miami bowl MVP moment, but Davis may have done it by getting a chain from Snoop.
I’ll share more later but I’m glad Gabbert, Salopek, Wise, Ugwu, and all of the other seniors ended their storied careers with that experience.
