Forecast for Saturday afternoon. I was not ready for this. As I drive through Ohio and Pennsylvania on Thursday temps are in te 60’s, possible thunderstorm. Up to 80’s Friday in New Jersey. Saturday afternoon, 90 degrees, humid, real feel 95, an afternoon thunderstorm with possible hail and lightening. Ugh.
I can’t get a good read on this weather forecast. Now it seems the highest chance of rain is prior to kick
I have great seats but will not sit in the rain. I live a little bit under 90 minutes from Rutgers. Unfortunately, my nice little town can barely spell NBC, much less Peacock. lol
we’re going to make the call around 8:30…..so if I don’t come I will have two seats behind Miami at 45-50 yard line row 15 to transfer to someone for free
And they had a 3 month free trial code that was supposed to be usable until September 30th but they pulled it early because too many people were using it. Ugh. If you don’t have a Peacock subscription you can get a free trial to Instacart+ for 2 weeks and Peacock comes free with that for that amount of time.
OSU is on the Big Ten Network at 3:30, and Rutgers obviously isn’t getting that TV spot over the Buckeyes. So the options are Peacock or Big Ten Network Plus.
At least being on Peacock meant that NBC promoted the game in the corner of its ticker during the Cowboys-Eagles game.
Having numerous streaming platforms is similar to having different TV networks. Each one has rights to broadcast different games. The only difference is you’re paying for each individual streaming platform… but it’s similar to the old days of cable when you might have to pay more to get specific channels.
It’s just unfortunate that I already have cable, pay more to get specific channels, and pay for multiple streaming services on top of that but it’s still not enough to watch one team play 12 games😭
Wow. For once, I am not attending the foul weather game. Mother Nature clearly knew this was originally my planned P4 road trip but she was asleep at the wheel at didn’t realize I changed those plans and moved it up to Wisconsin.
