MIAMI V HOLY CROSS-GAME THREAD!

Thanks…we’re going to need it, already 0-2. Beer helps. Beat Cincy!

Does Chuck now hopefully perceive that Miami alumni would greatly appreciate him taking the UC game very seriously?

Pitt took care of Biz today, as I said, let’s not panic we got rolled week one, I think we have a good QB. Need to find a running game though?

Just watched the first half. Not much competition, but executed pretty well all around. Hopeful about McComb, and I think the run game can get going as the season goes along like 2023/24. Last week’s performance aside, we have some talent to make it a game at the bare minimum (if not win) against UC and UConn.

Noticed that Gus Ragland is calling plays in the field. No preference either way, but is a change from Welsh and Koehler calling from the booth. Other random note, but looks like the MUMB brought back high school band day.

He did some glazing but mentioned it post game how big of a game it is for the Miami fans and how they need to find a way to be in the game. Weekly Press conference will be telling…

Excellent effort against poor competition - much better play calling including use of our TE- take it it up a few levels and beat UC- we have the talent!

No apologies due. Nice to have you here. Good luck to you and the Crusaders.

David McComb is the real deal. The plays are getting off faster and he is taking control of the game tempo, a great sign of his maturity.

Dumping the photos from yesterday. The field loge was nice and a celebration splurge. One thing I will note is that while you get 8 tickets, there’s only 4 chairs.

Did you get anything more than popcorn? That has to be the worst view in the stadium.

4 boxes of popcorn and 24 waters though we could have had Pepsi products.
I prefer the view from my 48 yard line seats but the view wasn’t horrible.
The past few years I’ve almost passed out from the sun/heat at the first game so this solved that and helped with the rain.

Lap dancing allowed/ expected. Solves the chair ratio.

Did Miami file an injury report before the game? If yes where can it be found?

Hopefully some of those out against Holy Cross will be back against UC. Like CJ Young, Shahu, Howell, Orozco.

Orozco and Howell were guys we were wondering about pre-season. Basically our two biggest interior d-lineman. I can’t remember if Adrian Walker’s injury was season ending, but he played real snaps last year. And yes, I hope Young is back for UC.

Bluesman - noted - thanks - where is this posted and when is this posted ?

MAC website. Go to “availability reports”. They are released one hour before game time.

Thanks
