For first day out D1, Heavner was OK. Running game and D stunk today. It is a team sport. Coaching for sure did not help.

Heavner wasn’t good but he was stepping in with a week of snaps and no D1 experience.
The D gave up 24 including a full field 2 minute drive to what was the worst offense in FBS.
