I’m not sure if the curse extends to women’s basketball, but as a courtesy someone should tell IU-Southeast’s administration that playing Miami has been known to correlate with accreditation issues.
This is probably the game they play where they invite all the middle school kids in to watch. Lots of excitement from little kid voices! Fun for all!
I have seen nothing that suggests Trinity Christian is closing due to an accreditation issue.
The stated reason is declining enrollment and persistent budget deficits.
Trinity has no money. That is why the whole campus is already up for sale-to pay off debt. I think DG was making a joke.

Another slow start for Miami. Can probably get away with this against and NAIA team but not Bellarmine and certainly not Purdue. 13-11 IU SE at for timeout.

I can’t believe how layups the women miss. It happens every game. .
Miami 42 IU SE 27 at the half. Devries and Taylor with 8 points each. Singer with 7 assists (would be over 10 if we could make layups as LaxDaddy just said), and 2 steals, just 1 turnover. Devries 5 boards. Miami with a 23-12 lead on the boards.
@LaxDaddy This is my 44th season of Miami Women’s Basketball and layups have always been a problem, not just for us but for women in general. My dear friend @DICK had a theory for why that is but I’ll keep that to myself.
