Tamar Singer is usually a look for your teammates first point guard, rarely looking to score herself. She facilitates others. But sometimes the game requires scoring from your PG and Singer delivered with a game high 25. It was clear watching this game from the stands, Singer was looking for her shot and looking to drive, and she did both extremely well. Had a chance to talk with Tamar briefly after the game, after her inteview session with the press. She was gracious and quite complimentary to her teammates. But what I complimented her on wasn’t her offense. It was her defense. And that brought a big smile to her face.
