“Off the baseball field I work equally hard to achieve academic success, maintaining a 4.0 unweighted/4.75 weighted GPA. My family and faith in God are also very important to me. I am involved in my church youth group. I try to be the best big brother I can be to my 5 year old sister, Sadie.”

Sounds like a good dude. Wabash is also typically one of the best Jucos

Great commit out of Puerto Rico

Definitely PR connections with this staff. Remember 2024 2nd round draftee Ivan Luciano had committed to Miami. He’s having a decent year in the Arizona Complex League.

New MAC member UMass losing their head coach to a D3 school

Headed to a NESCAC program! Wesleyan still plays on the same campus quad field they’ve played on since the 1880s. It’s unique. Here’s a view from behind the Hamilton bench and one of my kid getting an AB during a 2015 game.

Apparently UMass gives their baseball team like no scholarships and with the portal now that job is just impossible and not worth the time and effort

Eight New England Prep School Players on their 2025 roster.Nobody from outside the Northeast and Middle Atlantic states. That’s a difficult roster to throw against D1 competition.

Perhaps they could use a ghost walking out of an Iowa cornfield.

Good for him, truly. It might reduce some of the BS of the job and let him do more of the job he presumably enjoys.

Skins is that you? If so, good work out of you as you are still fit. Well done!

Yep, that’s me. My lovely wife and I stopped in Dyersville last week. Told my pickleball friends I would send them a picture of me walking out of THE cornfield with my pickleball paddle. Loved that movie.

Les is in better shape than me! And he has been since at least the I-Bar in 2007.

Ah, great memories of one of the if not the best Miami road trip ever. Since that day when we visited the Chena Hot Springs I have always carried Advil with me for friends in need😊.

Love that place. Great place to see the Northern Lights!

The only lights Chuck saw were the ceiling lights at the I Bar.
