I haven’t seen anything posted about this yet, but the Miami Men’s golf team came in 2nd place (out of 15 teams) at the Purdue Fall Invitational earlier this week. They finished -10 as a team over 3 rounds and beat several B10 teams (Iowa, Purdue, Wisconsin) and a few MAC teams (Toledo, Ball State, Northern Ill.). Great way to start the season!! On top of that Jr. Michael Weber claimed Medalist honors finishing -8 for the tourney. Fantastic!! Golf seems to be on a great trajectory. JD Fletcher is doing a wonderful job with recruiting. I smell a MAC Championship in their future!
