Visiting this weekend.
Rough town, but Mud Island is safe and cool.
St. Jude is the best (Slight bias of course).
The Pyramid is also cool.
National Civil Rights Museum was interesting.
Grizzlies put up a fight tonight.

Great town if you’re a lover of old school music, there’s Sun, Stax and Graceland. And of course, all the blues spots on Beale Street.
If you see Wilford Brimley, stay clear.
“Not just screwing, Mitch. All sorts of intimate acts, oral and whatnot, that can be particularly hard for a trusting wife to forgive and IMPOSSIBLE to forget.”
Terrific line from a very good movie. A not so subtle threat.
Also…On the way back, we were told to stop at Smiths Grove (Kentucky) which was a minute off Interstate 65.
I never heard of the place. Now I know! Nice little stop!
Buccees! We discovered it last year, and stopped at three different ones in a day driving from Myrtle Beach to Louisville.
The location we stopped at had about 100 gas pumps. Brisket and other meats cut in front of you for your sandwich. So much more.
We had brisket for breakfast. Yum!
But what they are really known for are the restrooms. Tons of stalls/urinals, and everything lab room clean.
