Traditionally, women’s MAC teams have struggled against their PAC 12 counterparts. Things appear to be changing a bit. After losing to Miami last week, Cal’s field hockey team paid a visit to Athens and lost to Ohio 3-1. Back to the West Coast 0-2 vs the MAC. Meanwhile, the Toledo volleyball squad went out to Tempe and took a match with Arizona State 3 sets to none. Way to represent the MAC, ladies!

Too bad our volleyball has been down. Was a very strong program for so many years. Here’s hoping they rebound.
