I don’t recall- are Mahaffey and Pav in the same suit as Woolfolk? Is it possible that they’ll be eligible to pay and AW isn’t? If so, it’s a bit hypocritical for the NCAA to say Dewine is trying to create an unfair advantage.
Woolfolk and Mahaffey are in the same lawsuit (Ohio). Both are currently eligible. Pavaletzke is in the Indiana lawsuit and as far as I know he is currently eligible. Essentially, there is a world where Mahaffey and Woolfolk are ineligible and Pavaleztke is eligible. The reverse is also possible.
