Last night the MAC hosted 3 home games vs division 1 programs
Ball State lost by 11 vs Detroit. (Ball State was 11 pt favorite)
NIU lost by 27 at home to Elon (Elon was 2 pt favs)
WMU lost by 4 to S Dakota.
The MAC is a terrible mens basketball conference. Anything less than 12-6 for Miami would be a disappointment
Incidentally, those 3 teams are conferences games two through four, after opening with Buffalo.
Great opportunity this year to jump out to a good conference record.

The Blobcats are on ESPN2 vs Texas State, the 5th place game of some rando tournament. Close game with 12 minutes to go.

OU Bobcats lost it by 9 to the Texas State Bobcats. OU Beat Portland on Friday. It was the Myrtle Beach tournament.
FWIW Elon beat Notre Dame by 7 yesterday at South Bend after beating NIU the day before.

Wright St. was in that tournament. They beat Princeton, then lost close games to Bradley and South Florida.

Despite committing 15 turnovers and allowing 19 offensive rebounds, Ball U defeats EKU in another rando Florida tournament. Considering how poorly the MAC has begun the season, this probably qualifies as a nice win for BSU/MAC.
