Vols are a bit of a nightmare matchup. They defend the 3 very well and are one of the best rebounding teams in the country.

Tennessee stats wise anyway, shoots Threes worse than SMU and scores less than SMU. We just need to crash the boards like we did last night and move well without the ball to get open on threes.

they have some real brainiacs on their site lol. “uh, they only shot 16/41 from three that’s only 39%”. Clearly they don’t teach effective FG% down on ol Rocky Top. And most of them also continue to believe in the P4 automatically better than anyone because they are from P4. “bigger, more athletic, little guys, bully them, have no one to guard us” its comical. almost like internet and tv don’t exist in moonshine land.

There’s a reason teams don’t want to schedule teams that shoot like us and High Point.
Teams like the Vols or Badgers are definitely “better” that us. They have more athleticism and talent. But the 3 point shot is the great equalizer. Get hot, you can play with any team in the country.
No P4 school wants to play a team willing to shoot 40 3s. We will have a shooters chance tomorrow and that’s all you can ask for.
