Defensive intensity just ramped up. I say that and they score, but still
We’ve had some beautiful out of bounds plays this year.
Woolfolk is getting hammered, but nothing is being called either way at this point. Whistle seems inconsistent from how the game started.
- This Mercer team is better than Siena.
- This Mercer team reminds me of Akron
- Ipsaro is sneaky quick.
- Byers doing a nice job doubling down in the post.
- We would be up double digits if we could hit these wide open threes off the drive and dish.

Nothing getting called. Missed a couple WIDE open 3s the last few times down. Getting good looks, just not hitting. Defense is playing well.

Miami is 4/15 from 3 with a lot of those open looks. I have to think some more will fall, but also don’t settle. This Mercer team doesn’t seem too interested in guarding for 30 seconds—get paint touches and either finish or kick to a shooter.

We have done a really nice job this game driving and dishing. Missed a few wide open threes. I would like to see Woolfolk start to assert himself more down low. I don’t think they can guard him.
