I haven’t seen him play in awhile.
It’s been a week. He looked fine on the sideline Saturday. If the concussion rumors are true, we should see him Saturday in Traitorville.
He was moving and throwing fine on the sideline Saturday. My guess is he was kept out as a precautionary measure. Absent some unknown setback I would expect him to play in Dekalb.
Thanks Blues and Sack! I’m a big D. Finn fan from his days as a Toledo Rocket. He’s in his 7th college season. I take it one was a Covid year, one was a regular Redshirt season and one was medical RS year. He was a really good MAC QB at Toledo, played one season at Baylor where he was benched or was injured again, and came back to the MAC for his last season and is a Miami Redhawk. I even heard some of my fellow OSU fan friends urging Ryan Day to give him a chance to transfer to Ohio State and compete for the open starting QB position in 2024. That idea was probably squashed when Will Howard transferred in from Kansas State. One controversial former OSU player in the Columbus area sports media was pounding the table hard for Finn to be given a chance.
@Miamihawkbuck DQ won the starting job at Baylor but was injured in the third or fourth game. Sawyer Robertson replaced him and nailed down the starting job for the rest of last year. Robertson was slated to be the Bears’ starting QB this season.
Thx, SCACDAD.
