With all the talk this week about eliminating divisions I looked at our schedule against Toledo. It seems we haven’t played them since 2011 and only seven times since the 1998 season. One of those was a rematch in the MAC Championship. This shouldn’t happen!

I live in Toledo. I have degrees from both Miami and Toledo. I have noticed.

I think this was discussed in another thread, but the MAC instituted a new rule this year where teams have a limit for how many seasons can pass between games.

Whenever I think of Toledo, I think of Toledo Scales. If you’re not familiar, they are used to weigh heavy things like freight. Or animals. I happen to have one at home. Sweet Jesus I’m fat.
I’ve been talking about this for the last few years. Chuck Martin is going into his 9th year as head coach at Miami and has never played Toledo. JohnnyMac weeps.
