In Shakespeare’s day, female roles were played by men. Show business has a long history of female impersonators (e.g., Milton Berle, Flip Wilson’s Geraldine, and Tom Hanks and Peter Scolari in Bosom Buddies). Swine without pants? Not so much. Think of the children.
At least we know Bash isn’t Donald Duckin’ it around the house.
And sorry to slow up the Move-In Miami count. I was told those Pokémon cards were valuable before I sent them off to Oxford.
For people with kids on this thread (or nephews/nieces/grandkids, heck babysit kids) I will tell you imo the single most F’ed up thing I’ve ever seen in cartoons occurred during a Daniel Tiger cartoon that as far as I know may still be there. My son was 3 when he paused an episode and said “why do they have Tiger on their curtains?” I didn’t track until he said “which Tiger is that from?” Holy F!!! Ok Jive will kill me if I don’t stop this non sequitor but that was messed up.
Come on Yellow, we know you have human-skin curtains.
No curtains. I force the perverts to stare at my amorphous fat ass. It’s the only way to get them back in bounds.
Our family group thread just received a text that said, “Just to let everyone know I love it here”
And THAT is why it is always a privilege to donate. Thanks for sharing.
Local news says 4,100 first-year students, dorms at 98% capacity. Looks like Miami hit their enrollment targets, which seems to be the trend for Brand Name State U’s or Big Brand Name Private U’s (ND, Duke, Stanford, Northwestern).
Must be the dorm room.
“More than 4,000 first-year students were projected to join the Miami family this fall, with 43 states represented, counting Puerto Rico, Washington, D.C., and those serving overseas, as well as 37 countries.
Highlights for the projected Class of 2029 included an average GPA of 3.87, 66% hailing from Ohio, 18% first-generation students, and 14% domestic students of color.”
