Never mind then!
Both Purdue and Nebraska aren’t world beaters, they’ve lost to MAC teams. With some luck one or both will be vulnerable.

1.6 million. BGSU got 50k less.
Tentatively planning to go to Lincoln for that game.
Hosting UConn in 2026: https://x.com/MiamiOHFootball/status/1907433361628356766
Seems like a decent home game imo, assume it must be part of a home & home.
Just beat me to it.
Yeah, must be home-and-home. Nice addition for the slate at Yager in ‘26.
Nice get, the 2026 OOC schedule is now complete (@ Pitt, vs Holy Cross, vs UC at PBS, vs UConn) in what is probably the closest we’ll ever come to having three OOC home games.
2027 is full and 2028 has two G5 home games already (JMU and WKU) so I wouldn’t be surprised if our return wasn’t until 2029 or later.
2030 return
Cool move … love to see Miami hosting a team that you’ve actually heard of. Miami actually has a pretty big fan base, there were boo-koo Miami fans at the ND game last year, and having a better named team generates more interest than Troy or Georgia Southern.
A Miami-UConn series? Did @yanksalex arrange this personally?
Tweet was sent at 10:02am EST and I got a text at 10:03am EST. He couldn’t open the notification fast enough.
Between our scheduled Rutgers and UConn games plus UMass joining the MAC, we’ve got some easier away trips coming up for our East Coast alums.
UConn is a very tough team. Jim Mora JR is a legit coach. They are angling for the ACC and football is their missing link. Depend on a tough fight. We win, but they like us are looking ahead to a better conference.
Inspired by Snoop, Alex will be providing NIL to both teams for this classic matchup.
Ha it’s about dang time.
I think the first thing for UConn to focus on is the playoffs…
Plus James Madison.
