Don’t downplay our win, bro!
They hit hard…and fall harder…

I find myself saying “I believe again”. Our young RB’s are fun to watch and the D was correct. If this momentum can carry to next year, maybe this is the year that shifted it all. Also, I think CUSA schools match up well with the MAC. Surprised we don’t see more on the schedule.
That was the point. They don’t hit hard enough to beat us.
Ben > Mean Joe
Pillman > Austin
Miami > UNT
Congratulations to the team and coaching staff. This makes football fun again
Merry f’ing Christmas. Love and Honor.
Think Yanks feels this…think my wife is asking the same and I got no $$$ on this!
PS UNT beat down and Spa{u}lding goes down…in same week, what more can you ask for, LOL?
The monkey’s off of Coach Martin’s back!
You’re welcome, MAC.
That’s a large trophy for a one off bowl game.
Size matters.
He just traded one streak for another. We have not won back to back FBS games in 32 tries. He has never beaten a power 5. I won’t harp it in public. But I don’t cede an inch to Chuck. 7-6 at Miami is under performance. He needs to pick it up. Nice to win, today.
That put a smile on my face.
After the Kent game I said that while I was upset with how that ended, I’d much rather lose it but win our bowl to finish 7-6 than lose the MACC and our bowl to finish 7-7 (as KSU did). I imagine if you polled our fans against theirs that we’d mostly agree.
I do like the prospects of Tracy and Mozee next year.
I’m with you…we’ve had that discussion before and actually it was the opposite…MAC is all that matters…
Not IMO. This helps a lot.
I looked at the UNT schedule and the reality is they played some good teams. UAB is legit (love that coach), the hillbilly operation from Huntington is always tough, as are the Ragin’ Cagins. They played SMU and Liberty. And they beat a ranked team. I count this as a solid win. Better than many others we’ve had over the last 8 years. Guess you gotta start somewhere.
Both teams better than their records at full strength.
Whew, what a relief! Disappointed that so many of our starters didn’t play; astounded by the ridiculous replay call and multiple UNT offsides no calls; but excited about next year.
