I was there in 2023 until the final whistle at nearly 1 am.
The relatively good parking news is that Oktoberfest is in the southeastern part of downtown, along the river, while TQL is on the northwestern edge of downtown. Still, Oktoberfest drew over 800k last year and you can bet 250k will be downtown on Saturday so even being over a mile away might not be enough.
My suggestion would be to get downtown early, around 11 when Oktoberfest opens, then take the streetcar from the Banks (a short walk from Oktoberfest) to up toward TQL a couple of hours later.
Good think it’s not at Paycor. It was an absolute nightmare to get anywhere downtown around the stadium in 2022, I missed our first drive that game
