Apparently only began playing football in HS. Will be interesting to see him develop further at Miami. No. 1 prospect in Oklahoma his senior year. Good stuff. Both basketball and football have done a great job with the portal in recent years.

The only thing I would like to see is maybe one more add on the o-line and an interior defensive lineman. Otherwise, staff has done a great job filling our needs in the portal.

Miami adds another DE via the portal. I’d have to go back and double check, but I’m pretty confident Schott was originally committed to Miami before switching to MSU.
