And…Adding an oddity to that era…
In 75-76, we finished 18-8 and were blown out by Marquette 79-52. Of course…Sweet revenge a few years later!
Also…The 76-77 team won 20 games with wins over Texas Tech and Purdue.
Miss those days!

You consider SOS and a 64 team field and all three of those teams would merit serious consideration for an at large berth. And what a home schedule we used to have in those days. UC and XU every other year, Dayton home and away every year, and numerous other great games like UNC and the #10 WMU team.
