I mentioned this on another thread, the Steele extension and Chuck Martin’s extension are both mirror images of one another. Yes, I have compared both paragraph by paragraph. Obviously some differences as the sports they coach are different, but as a whole they are the same. And that is a good idea. Keep the coaches of the 2 most visible athletic programs on equal footing. For a mid major that makes total sense. This isn’t a Chuck v Travis thing, This is a keep Chuck and Travis happy thing.
