Just got notice and signed up for a “Cradle of Coaches Documentary Celebration” at Crew Stadium Wednesday Oct 7th from 6-8. Showing the video and a behind the documentary set during a “clips and conversations” special feature.
All you CBus MHT’ers get your tics! ($25-) Premier showing of the video along with appetizers, adult beverages and a “Cradle of Coaches” keepsake. Presented by Alumni Association.
No mention of who from Alumni or Administration might be there.
Any MHT’ers going to the Cradle Of Coaches event tonight?
Dave what are the details I cannot go - I am in CA- but my son Ryan may want to go
Cali…sorry i missed your note. Was a well attended event. In Huntington Club at MLS Crew stadium. Was Q&A of panel with clips from the Cradle Of Coaches documentary. Sat with Mark McCormick who I played with and recounting “good old days” and mid-70’S glories. Mark’s brother and father are both Hall of Famers. Pretty cool.
Sorry I missed you guys Saturday. My hip’s kiĺing me and was going to stop by at halftime and you’d left. We were within eye site. Went to talk to Blues (about 5 rows above you) at half and you never came back. Was going to introduce you two. Great talking to Blues and wife. Sorry i missed you and Ryan. Would have been another highlight because the game pretty much stunk.
Dave at half time we went to the student side in the sun- we should have left then. Our FB program is in need of a substantial overhaul . Even if we finish with a winning record CM’s basic coaching approach and poor game day decision making strongly support a change.
Lots of folks howling that’s for sure. Will be interesting to see how it plays out. Will our wealthy alumni base decide they’ve seen enough and buy him out? Will they stop giving and NIL dries up and force DS’s hand and the university bites the bullet? Maybe see bunch of new assistants and coordinators?
Agree - BUT we desperately need a new HC!
