Cole Weaver

If I get to Yager early I will hang behind the North end zone and watch our guys warm up. Part of the routine for receivers is to have high balls thrown to them in the back corner of the end zone where they go up for one handed catches. I’ve seen Cole make the type of catch he made last night many times, but without a DB clawing at him.

He’s always looked great in warmups, now it’s transferring to the game. I’m going to predict he will be better than Reggie Virgil and is a guy we should worry about retaining.

I completely agree. We also need to keep Kam. If we do, we will have the best 1-2 punch of WR’s in the MAC.

Oficial MHT Old Guy Alert: Dream Weaver was the music of Miami youth. Gary Wright in ‘75 classic album vinyl…had a copy in my collection. Just Googled him and he passed away at age of 80.

Check him out singing Dream Weaver, for those of you who might never have heard it…

Was in Wayne’s World movie. Not as old and obscure as you think.

Yeah my roommate at Miami had this album and we listed to Dream Weaver all the time.

I still have the vinyl LP. Would not call it yacht rock. He did this not long after he left Traffic.

All right old guys…let’s unite! Favorites from your era…

Gary Wright was ok and had few hits but not a favorite.

Boston…can still hear it blasting out of Morris Hall window on gorgeous spring. Field in front of Scott now has a Starbucks. Most of them are dead but still love ‘em.

Peter Frampton-Comes Alive–greatest live album of all time–still love it.

The Boss-who can argue with that?

Eagles-Hotel California and the rest

Doobie Brothers

Earth, Wind & Fire

Steely Dan

Zep

Classic rock rules the day on my Spotify.

Amen! and The Cars, and Marvin Gaye; “I Want You” is a superlative album.

Boston is still the go to for me blasting in my car (when my wife isn’t riding w me!).

P.S. I was also in Morris Hall freshman year.

I had a rough night and I hate the fucking Eagles, man. Do you mind changing the station?
