It’s time for Yofan!
FWIW Suder appears to be in good spirits.
Captain obvious statement but thank God we can’t lose him.
Clearing the bench!
A little sloppy down the stretch, but this was exactly what you’d hope to see on senior night to close out a successful home season. On to Cleveland.
15 straight at home!
Yea us ! X 23
That 30-point win ended up looking closer in the final box score.
On to Cleveland.
That was a long interview with Luers compared to the usual postgame, and he did a really nice job.
Also we played mostly backups in the final minutes of the game right?
Good win. Rest up and then get ready to play a great week of basketball.
Yeah, I just got spoiled watching Spencer Hubbard (Duke’s 5’8" walk-on) drain a three at the Garden. (N.B.: Hubbard is going to have major bragging rights on whatever I-bank desk he ends up on next year.)
The Dan Luers postgame interview is really cool. If anybody missed it and can go back and watch it. You can see why he was a team captain.
Edit: didn’t see @DevilGrad mentioned it above!
Also, the two games this week were probably my favorite officiated games of the year. I’m not sure if it’s a league-wide initiative but the refs largely stayed out of it and the games had nice flow.
There’s a solid chance there will be a 4 way tie between OU EMU Kent and Toledo for 3rd
It’s looking that way right now. Seeds 3-6 could all have 10-8 MAC records. How would that 4-way tiebreaker work?
21 D1 wins is definitely a regular season record. Wow.
Espn says 7,893. Is that possible? The building only holds 9,200
Probably the number of tickets downloaded, rather than butts in seats, although the crowd looked very good on TV.
