One more and out. Please. Would not complain if this is all, but no more than that please. Please.
Well we got to 27…bring on Hesson, then Aveon.
Despite lead, Miami’s overall offense stats are weak as well…only 12 first downs, 2.6 yards a carry and about 250 total yards so far vs. Akron’s 300 plus. Nice to see us put up some points, though…pick 6 is sweet!
The offense got to 20.
Akron has outgained us, and has more first downs. Without the turnovers, we’re looking at a different game. This is not acceptable.
I’m sure our backup QBs can hand off as well as #5. He shouldn’t be out there risking injury in a game that is won.
Terry Bridge was ragging on Gabbert earlier for scrambling instead of throwing it away on a meaningless third and long… Get him out.
True…but I’m concerned with what our D needs to seal games and 27 on our side is typically enough…,that and keeping Brett healthy.
Aveon or Hesson can do rest…Brett has all week to practice.
Pitiful. I’m sorry, I won’t convert to the moral victory camp. This team is so pedestrian for a MAC team at that….
Our 3rd down efficiency is really bad…and continues to be…
Wait their backup QB is talking trash when they’re down 27-9?
While I always want more points Gabbert should not be in
Jfc he’s going back out there!!!
Gabbert? Yeah no! Come on man!
Chuck Martin says I’ll show all you guys who’s boss.
We have the game won, and Gabbert has no stats to pad. Why put him in???
He needs work on handoffs
Chuck is totally missing an opportunity to get his back up QBs snaps and experience. Coaching malpractice at its best.
Did Reghi just say we had a “bowl virtually every year” under Chuck. So we have had about 9 bowls under Chuck?!
Yep. And we have an impressive 7-2 record in those bowls. I think our shocking win over Florida in the Sugar Bowl is my personal favorite. Although the 6-3 win over Temple in that blizzard in the New Mexico Bowl was another memorable one.
