25/26 Other NCAA Basketball

Ah yes, MUW. Formerly the “Industrial Institute and College for the Education of White Girls.”

Buffalo, sans Freitag, looking like they’re about to knock off UMass in OT. That would drop the Minutemen to the #8 seed, which isn’t exactly desirable.

Both teams’ strengths and weaknesses are on display. Duke has a hard time scoring when Boozer isn’t involved and Michigan’s guards are only good, not elite. Cadeau and Burnett have been invisible. Both defenses are elite.

What’s wrong with me? UM/Duke is on, and I’m choosing to watch Bortz take on UMass. :joy:

Not it is not. Don’t really wanna face UMASS again.

Agreed, which is why I said it wasn’t desirable.

This is what happens when Miami is winning.

That was a Women’s game

After losing to Rhode Island and needing a major second half comeback to survive VCU, Joe Lunardi has moved St Louis up two seed lines to a 6 and has us facing them in the first round as an 11.

I wondered as soon as I posted it, but I figured I could hook Phil04.

Big fan of SLU but yeah we are not 5 seeds worse than them… come on.

The committee likes to match up top mid majors in the first round to limit the number that advance to the second weekend.

They won’t admit, but I swear that’s what they do.
