25/26 Other NCAA Basketball

I know BC was technically neutral, played in Springfield, MA. I watched that game.

No AP poll this week, but we did get our first vote in the coaches poll this week.

USC beats Nebraska. Five undefeated teams are left.

No that was a women’s game

D’oh!!

Kent men at Purdue men tonight at 7.

60-101. That’s a beatdown.

Nebraska is only up 3 at half against New Hampshire

They are now up 14

Unless he’s hurt and I missed it, Kam Craft hasn’t checked in yet for GT at Duke.

He didn’t start their previous game iirc. Definitely fallen down the depth chart.

Bummer. I’m grateful he came to Oxford and hope he can find success in the 404. Good guy.

You know with most kids they say they’d rather play on a bad team than sit the bench on a good one. Got to wonder if Kraft would rather play lots more at Miami and make (lots?) Iess or make more and play lots less at GT?

He’s shooting below 40% from the floor and barely 30% from 3. He’s not especially well rounded, so it’s a big problem if the shots aren’t falling.

I haven’t watched a minute of Georgia Tech but I would assume he’s not getting nearly the volume of shots he got here, but is still being guarded (by bigger longer ACC defenders) as a pretty significant shooting threat.

Right. I recall his poor rebounding stats from early in the season when he was logging a good number of minutes. We all know he’s not a lock down defender.

If Miami got Atlason mainly due to Craft’s departure, then I say good trade.

I consider Almar the replacement for Potter and Byers with more minutes for Craft which is splitting hairs but massive upgrade on both.
