2026 Transfer Portal (MIAMI NEWS ONLY)

I checked his stats and he went 11/28 on FG’s, 2/18 on 3P’s, and 1/5 on FT’s on 252 minutes this past season. So it’s probably partly due to barely playing but the 2/18 from 3 is concerning.

You nailed it. He was literally 1-5.

I’m still a bit annoyed that Colin White and O-G knocked out the best Spencerville team in a generation in a matchup of top ten schools way too early in the state tournament, but I could probably get over that if he carries on the Pollitz tradition in Oxford.

So you’re saying he shot a little better in his high school days?

He’s the only player from Putnam County ever to score more than 2,000 points in high school. Like a lot of players from smaller schools in the Homeland, the questions about his game relate to whether he can get his shot against stronger, quicker players than you typically see in D6 or D7. Those issues are more scoutable now that all of these kids play summer ball on teams that give them a little more mix and match exposure to other high-caliber athletes. It sounds like White battled injuries during his two years in Columbus and didn’t get enough minutes to really get used to the speed of the college game. I’d still like his chances to be a good contributor for a MACTION squad.

Is Milwaukee’s Bake equivalent Wayne Laravie?

Most likely nothing but would be a great fit. Saw this under the Evan ipsaro is back announcement on Instagram.

Byers to Penn St

Close to home for Byers and in the B10. 3-17 in B10 play. They suck, and will continue to suck and be B10 bottom dwellers, but as I said, close to home, and I am sure Byers got a nice paycheck. I wish him well.

Probably get to transfer again next year after Penn State fires their coach. He is heading into his fourth year with a record of 44-52 and no tournament appearances.

But close to home and $$$.

I hope we get them on the schedule for next year!

Yeah I certainly wish him well, and I’m assuming the money and proximity to home were big factors… but Penn State… woof. Going to be playing in a massive, empty arena.

Kinda neat that we can make fun of other people’s empty arenas.

Bryce Jordan Center and Millett actually have a fair amount of similarities when both are low attended - dark, quiet, depressing…
