Was hoping they’d finally play someone in the Carolina’s this season. Nothing anywhere close.
We’ve lost a lot of starters to graduation and the portal but the team should be solid.
We’ve lost names such as David Novak and Dillon Baker to graduation and Cooper Katskee to Nebraska, while we return guys such as Evan Appelwick and Carson Byers.
Also a fun thing to watch for: Evan Appelwick, who tied the program single season home run record last season, is only 6 homers away from tying the career program home run record at 44 set by Michael Carlin from 2000-03. Also is 38 RBIs and 4 walks away from tying those career program records
