I think another issue with our pitching might be the fact that they all haven’t pitched in 2 weeks as Byers was the only reliever to throw in the MAC tournament

And it did. It won the MAC tournament. But there is a difference in going up against Toledo’s offense compared to going up against perennial powers from the SEC and ACC.

Seems like we’ve put the lead off hitter on every inning.
These SEC and ACC hitters have been facing 94-97 mph heaters all season. They step in the box against us and see 89-94.

That last pitch has been a strike to left hand hitters and a ball to most right hand hitters. It’s frustrating hitters on both teams.
