Kirby plays at Fishers HS and played last AAU season for Indiana Basketball Club (formerly Indiana Elite). According to Prephoops, he’s the #14 rated player in Indiana and the #4 2G
His AAU team included the following players:
6-5 2G Braylen Mullins (#2 in Indiana and offers from Duke, Indiana…)
6-11 Malachi Moreno (#1 in Kentucky and #21 in nation - Committed to Kentucky)

Kirby’s team finished the season undefeated and #1 in Indiana.
In one of the always fun idiosyncrasies of high school sports, they will play #4 (yes, #1 vs #4) in the very first round of state sectionals tonight. Fishers and Westfield are both Indy northside suburbs so will be a raucous game.
If they win state, they’d be the 15th ever undefeated team in Indiana hoops history and 3rd school to win back-to-back titles in 4A (biggest basketball class).
