I wish him the best, and I am not sure he couldn’t have been a good player for us .
I think Ali is the best player to enter the MAC this off season. He and Freeman will be as good as any pair of 6-8 guys in mid major basketball. Year before last they led the Zips to the NCAA tournament.

Which is another reason I think with the open scholarship we have, we should try to land a post player.

I could see him concentrating on adding weight, muscle…if he can and moving onto Europe potentially (might have enough reel and legacy contact with Dad to get a shot)…hopefully would finish up his degree at some point.
He’s spent 5 years in college game/school.
