Vazquez and Mihailovic both get left out of Gregg’s pre-tournament MLS only camp. Long, Arriola, and Roldan are all on the list for the camp.
Long was especially glad no Vazquez.
The Red Bulls are not renewing Aaron Long’s contract for next season. Looking very plausible that one of our starting CBs at a World Cup will be a dude who just got released by a mid table MLS team.

Aaronson and Zimmerman were garbage.
Pulisic, although game changing on assist needed to do better on initial services as well (corners and free kicks)…but hey he got it to Weah for the difference.
Bit of bummer after dominating the first half…the one thing I noticed is we really don’t have much forward /wing size or physicality, and it showed…Wales muscled up midway to end of 2nd…we got a bit lucky considering the somewhat unfortunate foul by Zimmerman…some scary headers by the Welsh.
They’re still in a decent position to advance, but they really should have won that one.
Opportunities to have transition attacks were there in the 2nd half, but the States were too indecisive when breaking out.
