As someone whoâs dislocated a shoulder twice, usually (if its just a dislocation), its super painful but you feel fine once it pops back in. I wouldnât expect him to return today if it is a dislocation though. Generally you want to take it easy for a few days to a week as it can happen again if things donât heal back up.
