I went to Philly on a last minute whim from Pittsburgh. Landed at 3.30pm Friday, headed straight to the arena, bought a ticket at the box office and made it in the door 5 minutes before tip. Took my 9-year old to her first Miami hoops game. The result wasn’t what we wanted but we had a blast either way. Miami fans seemed to be the majority (Miami shirts were the only team specific shirts sold out at the merch stand by me).
Just an awesome bucket list item to check off - I was at Miami during the last NCAA trip in 2007 and couldn’t make that one so I didn’t want to miss this time in my backyard.
