Bake:
I’ve had both shoulders replaced with titanium devices.
The first one, done in Colorado, went perfectly. The second one, done here in Florida, also called for a reattachment of a bicep muscle that had “torn and rolled downward” (My characterization). The replacement part went well and the bicep tear not as well. Long rehab enables me to “lift” but I have a permanent impairment that I will live with.
So, I empathize with your situation…and wish you a speedy and full recovery. My wife and I will miss your voice on broadcasts but priorities sometimes get in the way of things we’d much prefer doing. Hang in there.
