Good for BJ Symons for still holding that record.
He was still only like the 6th best QB in 2003.

Also I’d rather have them firing on all cylinders against a lousy Akron team, odds are decent that they won’t be 100% on fire out of the gate next week as well.
Northwestern is looking at a three or four-win season, could be vulnerable next year against us. That being said they seem to rebound from off years under Pat Fitzgerald so they might be greatly improved.
UC crushing SMU…weird to see how large Nippert Stadium is nowadays with all that enthusiasm in the stands.
They’ve always been carried by their defense and their longtime defensive coordinator retired after last season. This might not be just a one year blip for them.
Does anyone know what that “hand painted” orange blob is on the Utah helmets?
It believe it’s the USS Utah that was sunk in Pearl Harbor killing 58 men.
They just answered our question on the broadcast
Thanks! I just googled it too.
For the past few months, Villarreal and his wife, Lora, have painstakingly hand painted 150 helmets for the University of Utah’s meeting with No. 4 Oregon. They airbrushed a silver-and-orange scene, an homage to the U.S.S. Salt Lake City cruiser that fought throughout the Pacific during World War II.
Must not have heard the line “work smarter not harder”
This guy seems very Treadwellian.
Utah was dominating tonight…love the way their D line attacks and the RB’s hit the holes and fight for yardage.
See ya, Dan.
Goodbye Dan Mullen, hello James Franklin! (Please)
After SMU, they’re probably looking past ECU toward their date with Houston. Be nice to see the Pirates do a little plundering!
I thought Mullen was a great hire and they were on their way up after two NY6 games his first two seasons, but you’re always just one meh season away from being gone at Florida. He’ll land on his feet with how he did at Mississippi State.
Troy fires Chip Lindsey after three seasons.
UMass hires Don Brown.
