Next statue for the Cradle of Coaches

Congrats to Sean. He’s getting a statue at age 36.

McVey is shorter than Harbaugh which should save time on his statue.

good game. For Bengal fans like me was hard to take another SB loss at the end…

It’s official! McVay getting a statue. I just read that Miami MBB will play money games next season at Duke, North Carolina, Kentucky and UCLA to pay for the statue

This IS a Miami football thread, not a Bengals thread. This is the appropriate place to talk about McVay and his accomplishments and the fact that Miami now has more former players with a Super Bowl championship than any other school. Cradle of Coaches thread. We do have a thread for Bengal football, but realize that certainly far less than half our posters are Bengal fans, all of our posters are Miami fans and proud of the Cradle of Coaches. I am a Steelers fan, but I was rooting for Cincy yesterday, but I also think praising McVay for winning the Super Bowl as the youngest coach in the NFL is a very appropriate topic today.

Basketball hasn’t carried the buy game load since Sayler got here. Football has.

Irrelevant anyway since the statues are endowed.

Ron Zook retiring. Just saying…

Miami is only school to count 3 Super Bowl winning head coaches among alumni

Probably suggested up top somewhere in thread…but that’s something to brag about…Cradle still going…Shula on staff too.
