Miami vs Colorado State in the Arizona Bowl

@yanksalex @JiveHawk - don’t eat all the carne asada before I get there.

Whats our injury report for the game? I know the portal players are not playing.

En route. Hoping to make it partway through tonight’s pep rally, but a late departure due to feeding the baby may prevent that.

The three of us I mentioned above will be at the party tonight. Come say hi!

I’ll save you some @Bash_Riprock

In Phoenix, waiting for the flight to Tucson. Then may have to swing by the Tucson Apple Store for an unexpected trip. Thanks, brand new tech!

Looking like we won’t make the pep rally tonight. Are folks still going to be around after it ends at 6?

The OU women’s golf team is in PHX this afternoon… or at least 3 players are here.

PHX airport kind of sucks, especially if you’re renting a car. We saw Red Sea, D-Day, Spanks, Jivehawk, and yanksalex at the pep rally. We had some great fish tacos and salsas at Penca (downtown). Had a local IPA called Victory or Death that was pretty good. It’s looking like there are 10x as many CSU fans than Miami fans.

If you were wondering why we are wearing white

Should be plenty of green.

FINALLY in Tucson. See y’all tomorrow.

It cost more but I thoroughly enjoyed the Phoenix to Tucson connecting flight that didn’t even take 22 minutes.

It literally took longer from the time we left the gate until we actually took off (23 minutes) than it did for the entire flight.

Not wearing all whites

Yeah that train ride to the rent a car center seems endless.

Would take something special

The last game of the season and the players who will no longer play for us after today is always bittersweet. This year even more than usual. Some of our guys have been members of the team for six years. Several chose to stay this season turning down big NIL. Brett, Sally, et al will remain in our memories.
We wish them the best. We hope they prosper and have families of their own. Maybe some will become a Miami parent to a son who plays for the Red and White. Thanks for what you did for us as Miami fans. We won’t forget.

I’ll say this… by far the best activation of any bowl we’ve been to. So fun.

The Fort Collins media are covering all the pregame activities. Really looks like well planned out fun. They say 40,000 are expected.

I am at the Gin & Juice right now, and was talking with a top Bowl official - he said around 42,500 tickets have been sold & if it hits 45,000 it is a sellout since the upper deck on the east is not used

There are way more Colorado State fans here than Miami and there are way more Miami fans than I expected. This will probably be the largest bowl attendance Miami ever had. I think the vs Florida Tangerine and vs Louisville mobile are the highest
