Better second 10 than the first 10, still not physical enough but I saw better effort. Can we avoid another second half cold spell?
Evan Ipsaro is not walking through that door in uniform. Somebody has to replace him. And I don’t think they’ve quite figured out how to do that yet.
Perry hasn’t been good but without Evan we need some other guys who can handle the ball. The reality is we lack that at the moment

We need Perry, and despite his poor play the past few weeks I’m willing to let him work it out without killing his confidence in January so he can come through in March

Surprisely Miami has 20 rebounds to Akron’s 19.
With all the negative comments on this thread, including my own, we are still only down 3. This is very much a winnable game
Yeah it’s not like Akron is missing a bunch of wide open looks. We are defending well. Just like the game at Akron, their physicality is preventing us from getting into any offensive rhythm.

Shooting 30% from the floor and 25% on 3’s, with 8 turnovers. Yeah only down 3 seems lucky. Feel like no way the 2nd half sees a similar percentage.
That’s the point. We aren’t lucky, we are playing good defense and that’s keeping us in this game.
