We just gotta tighten it up second half. Ohio is solid, but we could play a lot better and it’s still within reach.
Offensively, we haven’t found the right balance. We’re either overpassing or taking quick shots. We need to score when we’re inside of 6 feet and have a clear look. Teams know we like to do that and that’s leading to a fair number of our turnovers. 8 turnovers in the 1st half.
Defensively, we’re overhelping. There’s no reason for Elmer to come down and help on Sheldon, leaving Elliott open for a 3. Yeah, it was deep, but shooters still like those deep, top of the key 3s. They’re also taking advantage of us switching everything and moving the ball quickly.
I actually thought it was a decent end to the half. It would’ve been a good end if we hit our free throws. If we could somehow match up Craft on Sheldon, I’m clearing out for Kraft.

Big stretch there, getting some momentum back. Much better defense and quick, decisive moves on offense, getting to the basket.
Good sequence with Suder getting aggressive- yes Byers who has been unreal good for us missed a couple open ones. Maybe our depth can wear them out

With Brown out of the game, they can only go 7 deep and 2 of them have 4 fouls.
I don’t like that. Steele says that Skaljac 3 was a good shot and I don’t think it was given our success driving the ball.

Now we’ve lost the momentum. Craft flipped one up weakly, 2 missed open 3s, 2 Ipsaro turnovers and a Skaljac airball.
