We had a bad night. It happens in year 2 of a total rebuild had our moments just didn’t put it all together. Oh well. Onward!

Assuming we don’t pull off a miracle comeback, we’ll drop to 1-7 this season against D1 opponents when shooting below 35% on 3 pointers.

Yeaaah, not a strong showing.

I don’t want to start a fight yellow, I don’t want poop in any of my hats, but we were the #7 team in the MAC the year we let go of Owens. (Which was fully justified.) Yes, it’s a rebuild, but it’s not like we were totally dreadful under Owens. We certainly underachieved.

I’m patient. We’re young. But we’ve got a long way to go. Steele talked a lot about being good enough to win the MAC this year. I don’t think he meant as the 8 seed in the tourney. Just not sure why he thought that.
