I think there are 6. The closest was in Columbus.

So we finished 13th in the regional. Still, a great season overall.
Separately, Eastern Michigan’s women’s team qualified for the final 8 portion of nationals tonight. It looks like they’ll slot in 5th after likely shooting the only under par round as a team today. They were ranked in the 200s 2 years ago, but with a big investment from GameAbove and UGA’s former coach taking the job and bringing a top player over with him, they really are an unbelievable story.
Eastern beat Texas in the quarterfinals to earn a tee time with Stanford in the semifinals later today.
If a commuter school can get to the semis of a national sport, it speaks volumes to the caliber of the coach they have. Makes me wonder if Miami had a ladies team if we could be a top ranked school…
