Doesn’t Ohio fund as many public law and medical schools as California? If that’s true, it’s madness.

Ohio has five public law schools, the same as California. California has a lot more private law schools.

Interestingly, the cost of maintaining NCAA teams at two division levels is one factor mentioned for not merging.
