Some absolutely wild quotes from the husband in the original article:

One one hand, choosing to give an interview about cheating on your wife with a player you’re coaching and being totally unapologetic in any aspect is incredibly poor decision making. But on the other hand, it’s the sort of decision making I’d expect from someone who cheated on their wife with a player they are coaching.

MooreHawk - that’s my favorite post I’ve read in a while.

His wife was the head coach too! I mean what the hell is going on in college bowling.

It’s not so much a ā€œwhat isā€ it’s more of a ā€œwhat’s notā€

There is college bowling?

I pulled this off of the Twitter feed, a few days ago. It’s from a Nebraska fan about bowling at NU

Thanks. I didn’t know. I took a bowling class at Miami.

Fun fact that’ll blow the younglings minds: There used to be a bowling alley in the basement of the Res. Er, Shriver Center.

And I bowled there when I was at Miami!!

Word!

Ah yes The Res … I had a bowling class too there in the '70s. Great way to kill time between other classes.

Same. Took it 2nd sem freshman year, the last year it was around. Final exam was 7:30 AM on Friday, and was my last final. Needed a 61% to get an A. Went out Thursday night with everyone else who had finished already and went to bed at 4am, but got the A.

There also used to be a bowling alley in Phillips Hall where you had to manually set the pins.

How does Bowling Green not dominate? The sport is literally in the school’s name.

One of my Miami buddies was a townie and while growing up had the job to set those manual pins. He said they would occasionally mess with bowlers and throw an extra pin, knocking down pins on a gutter ball.
