Time to beat the best. We can.

Amid the football drama, Miami scored late in the 1st to tie it. 1-1 heading into the 2nd vs UVA.

I turned it on just in time to see us score! Let’s go Redhawks!!

Beat me to it, Daniel.

Tied at 1 at the half!

I gotta say…I watch and understand all kinds of sports. I saw a few field hockey games when I was at Miami. I was a high school athletic trainer in NJ and covered field hockey for two seasons. I still do not understand the rules of this game. :joy:

Also, props to the commentator for not even once saying “Miami of Ohio”…the commentators for the MAC championship game apparently couldn’t say “Miami” without attaching “of Ohio” to it.

eta: right after I post that, he throws out an “of Ohio”…oh well, at least he seems to be trying…

Our own yanksalex was the voice of Miami field hockey for a season while we were students and understood no rules. The parents of players said it was an interesting broadcast.
